Our Adoption Counsellors have one of the most demanding roles in rescue. They not only process applications, they match applicants to available dogs, and are involved right up until the dog goes to its adoptive home. It is a commitment of approximately 5 - 10 hours per week.
Our Application Processors complete telephone interviews with applicants, check references, and enter the approved applicants data into our online software program. They are often our new fosters first contact with our rescue. It is a commitment of approximately
2 - 3 hours per week.
Our Adoption Coordinator - Contracts volunteer enters adopters information into our online software program, sends adopters a copy of their Adoption Contract and vet appointments, and activates their complimentary trial of Pet Secure insurance. It is a commitment of approximately 2 - 3 hours per week.
Our Vetting Assistant provides support and assistance to our Vetting Coordinator with the scheduling of appointments and data entry into our online software program. It is a commitment of approximately 5 hours per week.
All of our new fosters are assigned an experienced foster buddy to help guide them through their fostering experience by providing support, advice, and encouragement. It is a commitment of approximately 2 - 5 hours per week.
We follow up with adopters to ensure that their adoption has been a success. It is a commitment of approximately 2 - 3 hours per week.
